About Jim Garcia

My background includes 20+ years as CEO/COO of 4 high growth businesses in Colorado and actively working as a entrepreneur – In High Tech & Low Tech. Over the years I have worked in Fortune 100 C-Level Sales, Finance, Detailed Contract Negotiations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and developing effective deal structures. In real estate, I have been involved with fix & flips, fix & holds, construction projects, construction management, purchasing my own investment properties, and managing properties. My goal is to provide quality service and solid advice to each of my clients, so they can make well informed decisions. With that, they should be able to achieve the best deal with the best anticipated outcome at that time. I enjoy tapping into my CEO skill sets to help my clients at very critical points in their lives. Over the years, I have been amazed by how little the average real estate broker truly understands about real estate. There are many “Moving Parts” to a successful outcome in real estate transactions. A solid broker should have the skills sets of understanding those moving parts – local market and geographical knowledge, foreclosure and bankruptcy principles, banking processes, strong negotiating skills, financing options, construction background, understanding current market conditions, inventory levels and prices, and much more. The real estate industry is a very complex instrument, and will continue to be in turmoil for a number of years – constantly changing. My business experiences, understanding of the marketplace, and focused real estate expertise make me a better advisor consultant for my clients.
